Shayaan Seraj leads two portfolios within the Elite Group business conglomerate – Aqua Paints and Elite Steel. After joining the family business, over five years, he has progressively taken on increasing responsibilities. He was a participant in the IOE & Impactt panel in the UNBHR Forum in Geneva in November 2019. Shayaan recently launched the Construction Dialogue Initiative for a local development organisation with the objective of improving the Social Experience for the construction site as well as its surrounding environment.
