Ms. P. Nagasayee Malathy, Executive Director of Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation. She comes with 3 decades of experience in the development sector from grassroots initiatives to managing humanitarian organisations as a country lead in India and Overseas. She has been country head with Organizations like IOM, HelpAge International, Protect and Save the Children and worked with OXFAM, Plan International etc., She has worked extensively in India and overseas especially South Asia and South East Asia. Her expertise is on protection of human rights especially, women, children, migrants, indigenous population, older people etc., She has developed and managed programes on sustainable livelihoods, natural resource management, emergency response, prevention of human trafficking and promoting safe migration. She is a good strategic planner, change management expert and promote Public Private Partnership in addressing issues like HIV and AIDS and Human Trafficking. She has intensively worked on promoting Corporate Social Responsibility among various corporates and supported in CSR policy development in India and Malaysia. She has commissioned various studies to bridge the link on the ground to promote policy. She had also been involved as an expert and resource person in various studies compiled by UN organizations. She is committed for protection of rights of Children, women, migrants and indigenous population. She loves traveling, reading books and listening to music.
