Hannah joined ICMM in February 2016 as a manager in the Social and Economic Development programme. Hannah leads on community relations, social performance and human rights. Prior to joining ICMM Hannah was a human rights adviser in the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, with a focus on policy relating to business and human rights, including the implementation of the UK national action plan on business and human rights. Before this she worked as a consultant on human rights and social responsibility to clients in the oil and gas and financial sectors. She started her career in the voluntary sector, working for a range of organisations including Save the Children and Amnesty International. Hannah has a BA in Law and Anthropology and an MSc in Human Rights from the London School of Economics.
