Charlotte Lush is the Senior Global Workplace Programmes Officer at Stonewall, where she leads on the development of Stonewall's guidance for multinational organisations on how to respect the rights of LGBT people both internally and externally around the world. Prior to this, she worked at the Manushya Foundation in Thailand, developing the National Baseline Assesment on Business and Human Rights that served as the foundation for the Thai government's National Action Plan.

Charlotte's academic and professional interest include gender and business and human rights, community empowerment, multistakeholder solutions to business and human rights challenges, labour rights and public policy.
