Rosanna Ocampo is Senior Programme Officer for the UN Advocacy Programme of Asian Forum for Human Rights and Development (FORUM-ASIA), a network of 81 member organisations in 21 countries across Asia. Rosanna has worked for FORUM-ASIA since June 2016 in Bangkok and Geneva, and is currently based in Geneva. She supports FORUM-ASIA's advocacy at the UN Human Rights Council on its country priorities, including Cambodia, Myanmar, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka. She also works on its thematic priorities of freedoms of expression, assembly and association; human rights defenders; and business and human rights. She has previous experience working with international organisations in Geneva, and regional organisations focusing on democratic governance in Asia. Rosanna holds a Master in International Relations / Political Science from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies where her research focused on human rights and political participation in Southeast Asia.
