Hannah Edmonds-Camara is a founding member of Covington's Business and Human Rights practice. She advises on the breadth of human rights due diligence responsibilities in relation to both upstream and downstream impacts, including design and implementation of broad and project/country-specific due diligence programs, impact assessment, grievance mechanisms, stakeholder engagement and disclosure requirements. Coming from an employment law background, she has particular expertise in the legal landscape surrounding forced labour risks, including remediation. Hannah also serves on the firm's Public Service Committee and has driven a number of business and human rights-related pro bono projects.
